The Building and Maintenance Committee shall supervise and direct the proper maintenance of Congregational property and report at the regular meetings of the Congregation, and, from time to time, to the Board of Directors. The Committee shall prescribe rules and regulations as to the use of the facilities and the fees to be charged for said use, with the approval of the Board of Directors.
