The Treasurer receives all moneys for the Congregation and pays all expenses of the Congregation.
The Treasurer and Budget and Finance Committee prepares an annual budget for the Congregation to be approved by the Board of Directors and to be presented and approved by the Congregation at the Annual Meeting.
The Treasurer keeps a record of each paying member, and she/he presents an updated record of incomes, expenses, and finances at each meeting of the Board of Directors and at the annual meeting of the Congregation.
