The Education Committee provides education in Jewish rituals, prayers, and practices and in the Hebrew language. It adopts and implements standards for Bar and Bat Mitzvah training as established by the Ritual and Religious Services Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
The Education Committee organizes and operates a school for instruction as required, and determines policy, set fees, and formulate such rules and regulations for the school, subject to the advice and consent of the Board; and may submit a budget to the Board of Directors for this purpose.
